You can do better than that.
You could simply stop posting on HC and/or other social media keep your shares and still chitty chat with the company and have no problem. Unless QBL breaks disclosure laws they shouldn't tell you anything of material or price sensitive nature that they haven't already announced, in the response you posted this week there was no new information that hadn't already been released, did you post the Whole response?

I'm no legal eagle but i don't believe your telling the truth on why you sold the shares, if you ever owned any ( i have no way to check). Are you a Soph or something and been approached for a placement or take part in an CR? - You can answer this question without stress if you have NO knowledge of a CR in the works, otherwise i'm not expecting you to answer it.

People don't sell shares they like, believe in, think are cheap etc just so they can keep posting on HC.

Personally ive always felt your posts were of a bullish rampy nature, you gave reasoning for your comments and as long as you believed what you posted at the time you never broke any HC Tou's from my understanding, you even added Dyor most of the time. Assuming your just a normal investor without any direct company related ties i would imagine it would be very hard for anyone to sue you from what ive seen you post, although i haven't read all your posts because i never thought they added any value, i've had a quick look at your Ta stuff to see if i could learn anything.
