Just looking at the FCN – Falcoln Minerals thread titled “about to pop” …. and noted a posting by 'greenleaf' who drew a connection between CTS and FCN via the Collurabbie Nickel district in WA.
'Greenleaf' says “Maybe why CTS is also going for a run - the following report from Contact Uranium (end of June 2007). “, and then goes on to quote from the CTS qtrly report :-
1. COLLURABBIE NICKEL PROJECT E38/1760, E38/1763, E38/1764, E38/1765, E38/1766, E38/1767, E38/1768, E38/1769, E38/1770, E38/1771, E38/1772, E38/1774, E38/1776, E38/1777 and E38/1778. 100% CTS The tenements cover ground around the Collurabbie Nickel sulphide province, a style of nickel mineralisation not discovered before in Western Australia. Falcon-Western Mining Resources Ltd has intersected significant Ni, Cu and PGE in follow up RC and diamond drilling. The project areas are located 150 km east north east of Mt Keith and about 850 km northeast of Perth in the Mt Margaret Mineral of Field of Western Australia. The group of tenements straddle a portion of the Lower Proterozoic Nabberu Basin and the exposed northern margin of the Yilgarn Block. During the Quarter the Company assessed aircore drilling programme results from the previous Quarter particularly in relation to magnetic targets are interpreted to contain structures similar to those that carry the nickel and copper sulphide mineralisation at the Falcon discovery. MMI geochemical sampling returned encouraging anomalous nickel and gold and further MMI sampling has bee conducted during the Quarter and laboratory analysis is in progress. END QUOTE
So looking at the share action of both FCN and CTS, 'greanleaf' may be onto something here … the rise in CTS may all be nickel related … and nothing to do with the Peru drilling results … very, very intersting!!!
