i had the same thinking as you but just a few days too early, got in at 9.6c originally, and again a few days ago at 19.5. in this case a week of patience would have helped. if it goes below 15 i will top up again. i have the intention of holding this for most of my life, building up a very large holding, going all guns blazing for fbr. i don't gamble or drink so i consider my investment in fbr all the bets/lottery tickets/Melbourne cups/ and drinks i will never have over the course of my life.
hahhaha lets hope my one 'bet' pays off.
