    One final thought, and I'm certainly no expert.
    Could his motive be to liquidate the company, thus giving the shareholders nothing, and then buy back the assets/tenements on the cheap/firesale that would surely follow. I can't think of what further benefit there would be to him to wind up the company as he would have the most to lose being the largest shareholder.
    But there are smarter minds than me out there and I would like to hear what they think.
    Surely now there needs to be full disclosure about what is going on?
