BDR DEBT REFINANCING ?

As per BDR Annual Report on Feb 2017, Total Debt stood $54.6 Millions and was due for repayment within next 12 months (i.e. End of 2017)
..
Out of $54.6 Million $28 Million Debt was Paid using Capital Raising & Another $4 Million Paid as Scheduled(in Sept 2017).
..
Leaving still $23 Million Debt to be Refinanced or Paid before End of 2017.
..
$23 Million Debt is a tiny amount for a company with almost $239 Million Annual Revenue but Agreement is an Agreement. They should repay Debt or Re-Finance Debt before 31 Dec 2017.

I don't see any announcement regarding Refinancing Debt on BDR website.

Recent weakness in Share price may be linked to Refinancing, or Higher AISC or I am just making Wild Guess only.

Can some one correct me about BDR Debt Refinancing ?
