A " long-tail " benefit of CTP's " buy local ( Alice Springs policy ) may be that, in the future, it creates local loyalty which will confront the " fractavists " if CTP were to decide, post fracc ban lifting, that fraccing is indicated - it has no current need or intention of doing that.
