You guys know what this means, right? Takeover.

Teck's position in CSE's project has been a bit of a sour taste for some of the midcap miners who are looking to buy resources (given it's cheaper to buy them than find them). Some people have been monitioring things and I'm sure this will have put a wee red flag up for some people I know.

44.5c is also, relative to the peak a while ago, decidedly cheap.

Of course...you have to realise I'm mad as a barking owl, so you shouldn't really take my words as gospel, but I think that Teck withdrawing has put a new option on the table for CSE and Eadie if the offer is made.

As for the deposits...I'd expect 5 to 8 Mt, and I'd think that they will need to find a few more pods and shoots of the stuff...but these deposits have a nice way of repeaing themselves along strike, so I really think CSE has a great project. I've owned before, and ditched as it dropped through 60c, but I'd consider it again if the price spikes downwards after Teck leaving.
