I'm expecting an announcment this week but only telling us dead lines have been met (or not) then nothing till the new year. Board and ministry approval then the think tanks approval next hurdles but how long that will take is anyone's guess imo. Unless there is a leak of somekind (unlikely) que still in the rack for some time yet it seems.
