Sounds like you need an advisor. That bloke was asking a very stupid question and he’d have gotten just a good an answer from a crystal ball. He demonstrated he had no understanding of the company and it’s position. It’s not the boards job to waste time educating SHers. The company has given ample info for SHers to do their own analysis. A 12 year old could work with the info available and ask a smarter question
