Interest Rates Story is OLD News, Perhaps some Insiders have heard the Interest Rates will NOT be increased and this will cause the Aussie Dollar to weaken a Tad, which translated to the A.S.X. Market causes Stocks like Banks (reduces their Interest Rates Rip off) BHP,and TLS(International Traders see their Aussie Dollar Holdings weaken a Tad) etc. to weaken.
