well dow is now bearish - bouncing around between lower bollinger and mid bollinger with rsi trending down. Coupla weeks methinks here. On a weekly view the dow is still bullish
Interestingly the xjo has recently spent more time in the bullish side of the bollingers than not - with the rsi trending down - methinks the xjo will travel more or less horizontal till the dow gets over its cold.
Big picture - despite the crash theories the dow is hugging a 27 year long trend line (weekly view - semi log scale) corresponding to an annual 8% growth
