I'm surprised they didn't take more insto money given it was heavily oversubscribed. That however is a good thing as if they choose to increase their positions they will need to buy on market now. Through Petra KIN management have bought a number of brand name institutions on the register with the story being much more widely known now than it was a week ago. From my experience institutional buying drives share prices and if you are sharing $7M amongst a number of institutions and SI's they clearly have a lot more buying to do.
