Completely agree with your sentiments. My concern is that issuance of the mining license won’t see any significant appreciation in share price that we all speak of, but rather, merely another short term increase followed by a long term slide (as you speak of happening previously).
Anyway, we wait and see as we have been for the last few years. Sell side has thinned out dramatically. Not much buying interest at these levels though, unfortunately.
