I'd like to know why Terry Grammar stepped away from the company.
It seemed so odd to fight off 'marauders' who were attempting a board spill, only to have Terry step away not long after.
With the relative newbies who joined the KIN set-up - David Sproule & the MD Don Harper - something has been lost I feel.
Terry seemed like a guy who was pretty salt-of-the-earth & gave the set-up a lot of credibility.
Seems to be a very piecemeal & ad hoc approach to these recent capital raisings....too little, too often. Undermines the SP on a regular basis & I don't think rank and file shareholders benefit from the way they play out.
This is a shame as this was a company that had a 'family' feel to it at one point. Now I think retail holders are the one's who have been very loyal, but are being hung out to dry a little in this current incarnation of KIN.
