They should consolidate the shares 100:1 and that would make the paying field even for all and that would limit what we are seeing with the 4th decimal place and allow all to trade evenly. Think that needs to occur.
I saw it as positive as no mention of high water flows which can dampen situation and also no mention of needing fraccing that I can see, too things that could well be negative. Lets see what the new year brings.
