Can anyone tell me where I can find the patent on this :

Can't seem to find it anywhere. I can find another graphite company which has a patent on its processing  method quite easily but when it comes to KNL it is a dead end. Maybe they are still trialling and just don't have it right which is why they can't get a patent.

The other question is if they are using cobalt and nickel in their  batteries (well whoever is making them for them because there is nobody in the company that has any battery making knowledge) how can they be competitive with companies that don't use cobalt or nickel in their batteries?  Are are they saying they are competing with the old generation LIB's? This is becoming more comical with every announcement.
