I wonder why the strong feelings are not directed at the parents who:
1/ chose to put themselves and their children in dangerous situations
2/ chose to put themselves and their children in completely obvious law-breaking situations where the propect of lengthy detention for children and adults is both well known and expected and indeed part of the strategy to circumvent our legal system
3/ chose not to go through legal and established channels to gain entry to Australia despite the fact that they are clearly wealthly and worldly enough to arrange travel for themselves and their children around the world.
4/ chose to place their children in the hands of uncrupulous criminal gangster groups, indeed paid the gangster groups to take control of their children and even authorized the gangsters to create and place their children in dangerous, risky situations as part of a media-savvy strategy to circumvent our immigration laws and to help enlist a variety of useful i diots to support their aims and thus support the expansion of the gangster's criminal enterprise.
