On the day the SPP/Entitlement offer opens I normally undertake this process:
1. Check if the form can be downloaded from the registry
2. If you can't download the form, ring the registry and have them email the form with BPay details. Then you have the form and don't have any last minute issues
Don't put yourself at the mercy of the post, it will normally disappoint, especially if you live outside the capital cities
