You're right about stage 1, they intend to add 15 towers to the existing 25.
But those charts projecting earnings don't say they are quarterly, or that they indicate only VPR's 50% share.
Perhaps we need more clarity around the numbers, but it seems unlikely that VPR could get a 50% share of a $20m+ earnings p/a company for $1m.
