I have not, would not and will never punt (it's couldn't be called investing) on an company that continually issues stock to pass profit, interest free loans and royalty revenue to a parent company that has sold Lumacom the technology and approved it's purchase (and the price).

I'm sure when Rodd advised his brothers (directors of DSA) to sell the 1 million shares, and the 5 million shares 2 months ago, he knew it was going up, but didn't want them to make any money... LOL !!
