But isn't that an extreme method of comparison? Ie, it doesnt take into account resource size, but rather throughput. So, that measure advantages sites with a higher targeted annual production target relative to their total resource base? So yes, 130kg NdPr is their cost to break even after year one, but from then on they are 91MM/2800tpa = 32.5kg NdPr?
