    Of course you're right, it has to be a huge bonus. Think it through, Thales has so much confidence in Gemalto and its C.E.O., and his Senior Executives that they have just given him the baton to run a company that will be triple the size of its former self! That is, its cyber security business and not the failing chip making business. imo, it was the latter division that was Gemalto's - Achilles heal!
