With the exception of Sydney and Melbourne the rest of the country has barely left the station since 2008 and Adelaide & Perth the most affordable they have been in half a century with houses in many suburbs around $300k and rental returns of 5% or higher.
Anyway, what makes you think that real estate people would even consider investing in ASX20 stocks let alone gamble on stocks like LYC ?
