Several stale IPO and longer term holders, somewhat understandable though I like the gyrations we're seeing and have confidence in our new CEO. Depending on your investment timeline and access to funds I believe now is a great time to enter, or average down.

Hydro Systems Development, a developer of underwater sensing systems for both the marine and in-land water sectors, supports national hydrographic/oceanographic institutes, universities, governmental authorities and other private companies as customers.
