Yep... Just can't get traction... I think its a combination of factors. There is no urgency to buy as the price is on a slow drift downwards. Any good news will probably have a short-lived effect as stale holders sell into it. We saw that the other day. Who would have imagine that 60 cents looks like a great price.
More disturbingly, at least on my part, I feel that there are opaque machinations at work in the background...
