    If someone for example, walks up with an offer to buy the company out, or they receive written correspondence/contract from an interested party to secure supply, they are within asx disclosure rules to release this information to the market.

    If Alex has dinner with Elon Musk tomorrow night and posts it on twitter (I'm sure he would... lol) then that wouldn't need an asx announcement. Even though I'm sure it would stir up the share price a bit haha..
