Matty, the 'premium' was probably a result of the stock having been heavily shorted so it probably bounced back to a more realistic valuation as agreed between themselves and Oracle.
If any of the shorters were caught...that's their risk...
NOR would have been an easy target to short as well but the closer this 'imminent' news gets, the shorts should fall away.
@Holla might have a bit of info on it ??
