Can't you understand the word "again"???
90% of my funds have gone into LYC past 3yrs, now 2x average.
Reasonably comfortable I can do that again next 3yrs as RE mkt matures, av Sydney home may be lucky to still be worth $1M, hate to see what a piddling 1% rise in interest rates would do to values.
Not that we're likely to see those extremes again but I was sitting on three investment properties last time interest rates hit 17%, just a fraction of that would torpedo all forms of real estate now.
