The only FAR lease that could possibly be affected by the statement is DJ and at this stage its an option only and we have an AMI with a Major as a possible partner if needed....I understand the option is on the lease whoever owns it...as for any leases FAR may look at, they have already stated they don't have the financial muscle to go after them alone and is one of the reasons the AMI was formed in the first place....this review of the oil code was flagged many months ago..
IMO all the article is saying , if correct at all , is we have had enough of ACTL , TRACE and CAP and will be dealing with Companies or JV's who have the financial muscle to proceed....
