Request for Suspension at Entity’s Request
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Vector Resources Limited (Vector or Company) requests a temporary
suspension from quotation be granted by the ASX, with respect to Vector’s quoted securities.
The request for suspension follows on from the trading halt requested and granted on Monday, 18 December 2017 pending an announcement on a project acquisition.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Vector advises:

1. (a)  the reason for the request is that the Company is not yet in a position to make an announcement regarding the acquisition;
2. (b)  Vector anticipates the suspension to remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday, 22 December 2017 or release of the announcement by the Company;
3. (c)  the Company will be able to end the suspension when it is able to release the announcement to the market; and
4. (d)  the Company is not aware of any other necessary information to inform the market about the suspension.
