What would be useful if rfg were to publish some data around how many of their franchises are making a profit.
In a franchise model it is awash easy to blame the company but in reality a lot of franchises are not business savvy to run it efficiently. They either open shops at the wrong locations or aren't just good running a business.
The rfg management to this point has been poor in their response
