On T/O your guess is as good as mine. How about this scenario. KLA buys DEG and rolls out the conglomerates to Novo for more NVO shares and a royalty on the works. Institutions love pure plays and KLA is really a traditional miner who has openly talked about acquisitions to grow.
1+1=3 for Sprott. Then Novo buys ARV for with paper and sells conventional assets to KLA for share.
Shazam. We now own all that matters.
