Nothing from an insider view ,as I am not in that industry , but from a consumer perspective , Disk brakes Australia DBA would be a good fit they do mainly aftermarket with some OEM (I intend getting a set of rotors from them for my Sorento ) .
But are we talking about a OEM vehicle manufacturer or ABV supplying a subcontractor for an OEM ie the Toyota model of parts supply - supplier to subcontractor to Toyota rather than the past Australian model supplier goes direct Holden who are the OEM ?
Honeywell also could be a longshot via their Bendix brake pads so distribution would be already in place and close by in Melbourne .
Be interesting if laser cladded tungsten carbide rotors would be viable in certain situations ie aircraft brakes where a SIBS or Duro set up would be too heavy - similar to what Laserbond (LBL) does with other mining equipment
    I hold LBL
