My favourite line of the Huayou announcement was around the ability to act swiftly.
It was along the lines of if AVZ can prove the grades then they are in a position to act swiftly to secure the resource for their mid/long term strategy.
Sounds like they are waiting on the sidelines for a couple results and then will look towards a TO.
