    2 reasons:

    1. If the company aquired can fulfill the production demand for Intevia, then the final piece in the jigsaw will be complete in regards to production

    2. The market cap of TZ would then be approaching/above the required for a Nasdaq listing.

    Basically it would be a massive step in the right direction.
