They did say mid to late December, so still a few days left. As the funding is crucial to their survival (imo), I'm surprised WPG didn't stay in suspension until the outcome is known.
Having revised the Dec quarter production down to 15000-16000 oz, they will most probably have almost exhausted their cash on hand, especially as the mill problem was during Oct/Nov.
It would be good to get an update on how the production has been tracking in recent weeks. I'm sure the potential funders will be keeping an eye on this as it would surely impact on their decision to stump up any cash.
Let's hope WPG are on track to hit 6000 oz for this month otherwise things could get a bit dicey.
If the funding is forthcoming, the company should start issuing monthly production figures as other producers mostly do. Just one positive month would do wonders for the confidence of investors.
They need to bed this down asap.
