it's a gut punch for sure. However, some time ago i suspected it might end this way. that's another chunk of change down the ASX toilet. GML should not give up on this deal. GML should delist and go private and continue with the deal and maybe consider listing in Singapore or Hong Kong. The asset would eventually be owned by Chinese anyway. Chinese are probably already negotiating with QCIH directly...
