goon, I think that you, and others that have run a small business, have the most balanced understanding of the problems and challenges of ensuring prosperity for all. However, as broad as your view is, it is still only focused on the domestic situation. Whether we like it or not, are overall prosperity is dependant of the balance with are able to find in the global economy. Whilst the argument at present is on how best to slice the pie in a fair way, I don't really care if my slice is microscopically bigger or smaller than someone else's as long as Australia's slice of the global pie is getting bigger. As a nation we need to ensure that our resources and energies are directed towards treating the real illness rather than bickering over the nature of the symptons.
