Yes, it’s the conversion rate that matters.
However need to remember that one subscription can lock to 20 devices, so in theory 6000 downloads could translate to only 300 potential subscriptions (though obviously not everyone will have 20 devices).
Any subscriber will at least have a parent device and one child device, so 6000 downloads translates to a maximum 3000 subscriptions even with 100% conversion.
