Today we bounce, page-30

I'm betting it will close down today. Until RFG announce agreement with bankers and give some solid clarity around the numbers of franchises currently for sale and the number of new ones currently being negotiated, I cannot see anyone wanting to put new money in. Particularly with the serious risk of a dilutive capital raise on the cards. Past debt-funded dividends are not a solid basis for the share price - so I cannot see people buying into the value trap. There is also the risk that margin selling will kick in - the extent to which there are any large margined parcels is still an unknown. I'm struggling to put any pluses against so many negatives.

Yesterday it closed close to its lows on rising volumes in the afternoon - so I'm going to start the guessing game by saying: it will be down at 10:30am and will close below 1.50. Get your guesses in and let's see who wins!
