cash on hand now $2.7m MC $2.9m
Gold asset : In the longer term, Dampier will also benefit from gold production from other projects from the ~800,000 ounce global resources within the Plutonic Dome Gold Tenements
$4 million receivable once ASX :VAN 's gold project into production, VAN's MC now $ 30m = 10 DAU
Dampier stands to earn up to a further $6M from the successful development by Vango of the Project in “contingent” payments (which are subject to the achievement of pre-determined production milestones) and a royalty.
$1,000,000 (excluding GST) on production of a total of 45,000 ounces of gold from the Project tenements; $1,000,000 (excluding GST) on production of a total of 100,000 ounces of gold from the Project tenements; $1,000,000 (excluding GST) on production of a total of 200,000 ounces of gold from the Project tenements; and $1,000,000 (excluding GST) on production of a total of 300,000 ounces of gold from the Project tenements.
DAU also has option to invest K2 project for 50% interest. K2 is the most important gold asset of VAN, DAU has got funding for its 50% investment of by debt funding once VAN is ready. K2 is a 100k ounce high grade gold tenement and no process plant needed to be built.
Food business:
DAU created AURIGIN food brand and Aurigin food franchise mainly towards China market, similar business as AU8 whose MC is $200m = 68 DAU. AU8 focus on DAIGOU, which I think any public listed food company actually can do.
Australian Food and Agriculture Produce
During the quarter, your directors continued to evaluate through Aurigin Foods Pty Ltd the commercial viability of aggregating and exporting high quality Australian food and agriculture products for import and distribution in China.
Australian produced, packaged and manufactured products are regarded as safe, clean and healthy. The Chinese consumer is attracted to Australian food products due to concerns as to the safety and reliability of locally sourced and imported products.
ALL for a MC $2.9m company and now seller's cards dry off...........
