    The details about the $9 Million Convertible loan facility are interesting, and very clever once you fiigure out the implications.

    However, I was wondering why the identity of the Investor (also known as the Subscriber) is kept secret? Why shouldn't this information be made public?

    Do anyone know who the backers are? Care to divulge it?
