I spoke to Peter Ironside this morning and he said these results are fantastic.Its still early days as they need the follow up drilling to confirm what they have previously felt about RD,that its as good as SC or even better.

He said that they expect about 95% of the gold to be recoverable and the stripping ratio will be reduced thus reducing costs.

As they stated previously they are working hard on the infill and step out drilling so that they can come up with an updated resource statement by the end of the year.

Next week Peter and Chris will be presenting in London&Frankfurt to garner support for IGR.For your larger institutional support he said that 100k ozs p.a. for 5 yrs is a minimum before they become interested.This is why they have pursued an aggressive exploration strategy backed by some excellent preliminary geological surveys from a highly experienced team led by CC and Greg Wilson.Without them the SP wouldn't be where it is today.Apparently in London they love gold so lets hope they can get some bigger players interested.

Boy the POG has really taken off again today.Its now at $834USD/$893AUD.Hopefully IGR will finish strongly.
