Andy, the good thing about the unproffessional manner of sale by MVH is that it went to supporters who were presented to on the Adelaide/Sydney roadshow.

My understanding through a major shareholder is that KSX management had an agreement with MVH, they broke it and now we have a market waiting for the overhang to be absorbed.

All things in good time, this parcel is just a minor road hump while the KSx business model prepares to go to the world.
