It seems they are in negotiations and still finalising the deal as they were quite smart in bringing out a smoke screen announcement today that they have completed their rights prospectus to shareholders. We all new that as that was announced weeks ago, so they are trying not to get a speeding ticket from ASX. Hold on to hats it should be coming!!
