YML and BHP will have a JV.....it will happen, makes too much sense for it not to happen, eg BHP will never get around to drilling the small deposit near the boundary, they have too much happening elsewhere, YML will drill the area and usage of the BHP rail will be part of the deal, a win, win and BHP can state that access to a third party has been granted.
Remember that BHP want to increase output by 300 % and every bit helps.
