Similar analyses have been offered by several other very knowledgeable HC members. We, AVZ shareholders, deeply appreciate these contributions.

What becomes increasingly evident now, is that extensive drilling was not introduced as a tactic or a bargaining tool to entice otherwise reluctant or not particularly keen potential suitors, but as a prerequisite for the boards of the interested parties to give the green light.

Apparently, each party has its own preset minimal criteria - depending on its size, assets and risk taking capability - in order to signal the 'go ahead' for an offer to be placed. Preset minimal criteria that will satisfy corporate rules, and will allow them to put their hands on what is already more or less known. Logical, those boards will be held accountable if they are proven to have jeopardized their shareholders' interests.

By the same token, they will be scrutinised if they take too long because they will have to pay a lot more to acquire, as a JORC defined resource could attract western interest. Furthermore, the later the acquisition the later the mine development and exposure to the market.

There is also the issue - for them - of having or raising adequate capital to acquire, develop and operate or form JV to that effect. It seems that they are already working on that path.

Our board, on the other hand, has similar obligations towards AVZ shareholders.

In order for this wide variety of interests to be inclusively accommodated, one would reasonably expect an extensive drilling commencement announcement to be made at some stage today.
For the AGM's drilling in December and Mr. Eckhoff's drilling over Christmas to materialise.
For the most likely suitors to gradually start getting what they need.
For the market to 'simmer's over the next four days of inactivity and breath oxygen into SP.
