I dont think he gives a flying about EVs to be honest. This is related to military supply chain more so - they are so technologically advanced militarily that they simply must buy materials from rivals who have the current supply, this will change now and obviously EV will benefit too. If Trump and Macri are friendly then this could be very big for Li Triangle groups also
