    Bell Potter have upgraded share price target from 0.31 to 0.34, despite the lower share price. Pluses are production up, costs down, balance sheet stronger and doubling of reserves/resources, increasing mine life.

    The share price weakness is certainly a puzzle. BP have a PE of under 5 this year and falling.
