Morgans have upgraded target price from $2.60 to $2.96 and upgraded profit forecast with sustainable dividend. This sale helps de-risk the impact of a weaker residential market form FY 20 onwards. They do say cyclical exposure means the market is unlikely to rerate the trading multiple meaningfully.
